As many know, Ernie is back in the hospital, this time at Johnson City, TN.  He has been there a week or so, before that he was in the Norton, VA facility.  Ernie had pneumonia, and  is having a difficult time fighting off an infection in his system, and this has created even more problems.  Ernie has had surgery and a few other procedures have been performed to help him during this difficult time.
If at all possible the family is in need of your prayers and any donations to the Ernie Thacker Trust Fund would be greatly appreciated to help off set medical bills and the family needs.

Ernie has a brand new CD and is working with labels at this time, so the release date is pending.

Ernie and his family wishes to thank God, all the artists and the fans who have worked to help raise much needed assistance and for the prayers that saved his life after the April 18, 2006 accident.

A trust fund has been setup to help the Thacker family get by since they had no health insurance.
An account has been setup for all those who have asked where to send donations.
